I have lived here for about two years we are getting out soon.

here are the problems:
- there rent for the new a bulding is even hiyer then thre b bulding do to the fact that it fl;uded in 08 and they replaced everting
-it is to expencive to live here and you have drug deals going on right in the park --where your childeren play or there are people smoring weed and doing drugs in that same play ground.
-the pool never clean unless you tell them to clean it every day, and even then it will take them at least two weeks to get it done, they will tell you that they can't clean do to they need a contractor to come out ,or something is wrong the truth is they fire every person they hire the chances of someone staing a long time is slim they might be there for a month at the most then they will fire them.

-the mantnance they can take up to a week to get to your apartment and even then it can take them 3 wks to fix the problem, if you go and get the parts yourself than show them the receites so you could have it taken of your rent for fixing it they will tell you no.

- there so called bisness offeice for residence to use it dosn't exsets it is acualy one of there computers and you cant even trust that they will not read your information, now that they have dicided that they might charge the residence to pay for paper copys.

- the pets they want you to pay for having a pet 400 or more dollars even though when you move out they will tear out the carpets and put new ones in.

- if you break your lease they want you to pay 600.00 dallars plus your rent untill they can lease the apartment out what you don't know is that i have hered thay on perposly will not lease your apartment out just so they can bill you.

-they have a rule about sertin dogs that can not be her and lease rules as well as duckes that are supposedly protected however its all -------- they do not follow there own dog rules but if you have a cat and dont tell them about it they will kick you out for not telling them.

- the managment here has changed out 8 diffrent times in the last year. and foget about them being anest with you they jsut want ther money.

-ther laoundry room is a joke the washer and driers always break and even though it is next to the pool there the bathroom that is in the luandry room is for maintnace only.

- they had pool gye David he did his job and more they hired him to take care of the pools however with in a two week period they had him doing everything from picking up trash to checking the electronics he was at work from 7:00am till at lest 9:00 pm and they did not give him a pay raise then thay found a stupid reason to fire him or to make him quite.

the other thing is that they have ephiastus in the roof but when they tair out your selling they dont tell you and even thou it may be open for 3 weeks while there are chioldren in the apartment they still lie.
They new that theire was that poroblem they mantnance told them and they we know still you can go ahead and tair the seling out afterwords they fired him two weeks later when i found out i raised hell and they denide it. well it was there pluming componey that told them i havent yet seen them ccome back .
-oh and the walls and floors ar eabout 3 ft thick so you can hear your nabors doing everything it is scary when your child asks mommy what is that sound why are the nabors moning what do you say to a child who is not enen 3 yet'
