I have lived at river city landing for 1 year and 2 months and I can no longer deal with this place. I have put up with alot if crap over the years but enough is enough. From loud music to the wanna be gangsters that hang out all over the place. This place is crime city. You can't even get a pizza delivered here after 8 because we are on their do not deliver list. A girl was raped by the pool. There are kids that flatten your tires at night. and the security is such a joke that car thefts leave stolen cars here at night. Many nights I have had swat banging on my door at 4 in the morning asking if I have seen some criminal.and to make it worse SECURITY CALLS IT QUITS AT 2AM WTF'''' call me stupid but isn't that peak crime hours' Yeah sure there is a cop in here every once in a while but thats only because he was called for a public disturbance.and in the last two days in my same building one womans house was broken into and shot and the other house was broken into and robbed... I do not feel safe . I will not live here long enough for them to get me sorry I am not a statistic... and you shouldn't be either. the door security card they gave me and promised the door would be fixed never was....anyone can walk in my apartment building...and the cameras in the hallway....havent worked for years. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY....

WOW I feel for you I hope you get out soon. I did my time at River City Landing and God is so good because I hate that place. And the management is a big joke they don't fix a thing they are very unprofessional and they themselves wouldn't even live there. I have said for years this place will be on the news soon and its definitely coming. They don't care about security or anything. Someone in management told me to write on my letter that I didn't feel safe anymore as my cause for breaking my lease. I did it & I moved out and they sent me a bill for blinds and carpet cleaning. WTH I bought those blinds because first they are cheap and when they did break it was taking forever to get new ones. They will literally never get that money from me. This place is a dump I will be so happy when they are finally shut down. Well maybe not because then the thugs will migrate elsewhere. Maybe they should get the decent people out and put a big wire fence around it and keep the thugs, the fake security (that speaks no English) and the management team all in there together
