Children run wild all over outside. Apartments be broke into all the time. Office folks rude not helpful. say aint there problem she not live here.

This place has been the place that houses drug rehab. patients who fall off because there are drugs here and they don't have far to walk, and they wind up not affording the rent and walk aimlessly around the area giving the place a bad look to new comers.
