the management are very unprofessional, it smells like smoke inside of the office, cats walk all over the desk (which includes the paper work that you may have to sign). these apartments are over populated with children, disrespectful children, who are always unattended leaving them with the room to find wrong things to get into. everytime i go home i shake my head at the disappointment of how the neighborhood looks, their are night walkers, neighbors arguing with other neighbors, just a bunch of foolish people (management) monitoring other foolish people. work orders are fixed in a untimeingly manner, they call unliscensed people who dont speak english in to fix all problems, too cheap to get it properly fixed, their are apartments that look abandoned. i wouldnt say these are the worst apartments in jacksonville but they would be on that list!

We pay full rent monthly,separated from those that pay subsidized or no rent, weekly there are family fights that last the entire weekend, Jax's finest patrol in three's. We are very disappointed with the atmosphere of this place it is not kid friendly at all. At the end of the lease we are terminating.
