When my family and I first moved in to River Reach, we couldn't have been more excited. The pool was beautiful, the view of the river was gorgeous, and the location was wonderful.

However, as the months wore on, the veneer on the beautiful shiny apartment began to wear off. First the door frames started coming off, then we got horrible leaks in our ceiling from the broken w/d upstairs. Then, the air conditioning kept breaking, and we have a drain that still clogs up from time to time, causing flooding in our hallway and ruining the carpets. The disposal get blocked from time to time, and every time they say they have fixed it, but they haven't. Whenever something needed fixing we would call and call, but we had to put it in writing before someone would come and fix it. Don't ask about the mysterious oil spots that started appearing on our walls.

Two years in, they raised our rent. AND asked up to start paying for water, sewage, etc.

A few months ago the night-guard disappeared and they stopped blocking off one of the entrances at night. I never felt terribly safe before, but now I don't feel at all safe.

All and All it was not a good experience. I wouldn't recommend living here, except maybe, if you've got the money and can live on the river. I hear they treat people better there.
