THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE RENTED IN YEARS!!!!!!
THE APARTMENT SIZE AND LOCATION WAS NICE AND THAT WAS ABOUT IT!
The management staff are rude, short, snobby,lie to the tenants. The community manager when I was there was Stephannie. She was seldom there, the girls in the office where uninformed, poorly trained, couldn't make their own decisions. I hated having to go to the office for anything. If you say the Community Manager outside away from the office as a tenant to tenant, she couldn't get her nose up fast enough.
The grounds are terrible, there are lots of trees with hickory nuts which dent and damage your car, there are speed bumps , but the drive is like the Indy 500, there are lots of children and many are unsupervised and rude, making lots of early morning noises, skateboards and in the pool is a nightmare. The safety issue is a JOKE!!! There is NONE despite what they tell you. Many cars were broken into.
The apartments are a joke when it comes to repair.Toliets often stop up and over flow because of the tree roots, leaks in the roof, squirrel ppopulation is insane. The NEVER keep the gutters clean, you get soaked.

THERE ARE PLENTY OF AFFORDABLE COMPLEXES IN JACKSONVILLE......STAY THE "H" AWAY FROM THIS ONE...... a year a a half was too long for me.
