It's an older community, so what do you expect' I disagree with most all of the other ratings. These apartments have lots of character. They are huge! I'm so upset that they are being sold and changed over to condos. We think they are the coolest apartments in the area and at a great rate too. The maintenance staff is awesome. Every time I've had a problem they have been there to fix the problem. We've had a couple of minor plumbing issues, but it's to be expected in older apartments. Again, we love the place so we can deal with the minor issues.
