the women who work at river reach apartments are terrible. My freind and I were trying to move into an apartment and it took 4 days to run our credit which when we sat in front of them and they did it, it took 5 minutes. They dont return important phone calls. They are not concerned about the customers. We were treated TERRIBLE. I don't know their management or I would come in contact with them. We were told we could move in twice, then rejected because they hadn't "ran credit checks yet" or "they had to process our applications" If an important fax wasn't recieved, we were not informed so we could re-send it. If something was wrong and we forgot to fill something out we were not informed. I can't believe these women even have jobs. If the apartment wasnt so perfect we would change complexes. The service is so terrible. We were forced to stay with freinds because we didnt get to move in the day we were told we could. And at the moment we are still staying with freinds because the are STILL supposed to be processing paper work! So if you have a second choice i suggest you take it. the women there are no brainers.
