very unconcerned about residents. When AIMCO took over the management, it went downhill fast. Their "guarantee" for repairs is a joke. The stock answer is that there is a part needed. A "part" was needed for over three weeks while I was without ANY hot water. Again, a "part" was needed while I was without air-conditioning in the July heat. After 2 years I left, telling them why. My worse fear was realized - they refused to return my deposit (not really surprising considering their general attitude) There was no problem with the apartment - for the move out, it was cleaned by the woman who does their cleaning.

The view is fantastic but putting up with the management and their mismanagement was not worth it.
