Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2005
 
Apartments are cramped, poorly maintained, and crime-ridden. No place for kids or the un-armed. Vehicle break-ins are routine. Drugs are sold openly in the parking lots. Thumping traffic all night. Management thinks its all pretty funny. Maintenance is virtually non-existant. $299.00 move in specials!
