	Apartments are cramped, poorly maintained, and crime-ridden. No place for kids or the un-armed. Vehicle break-ins are routine. Drugs are sold openly in the parking lots. Thumping traffic all night. Management thinks its all pretty funny. Maintenance is virtually non-existant. ... more

	If you are going to rent here, make sure your contract contains everything you have discussed. The manager can make promises that are quickly forgotten.
