Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2008
 
For the last year, this complex has gone down hill. It looks like slum housing. The manager doesn't fix things unless you are her friend or she has no choise, ie air conditioning, plumbing leaks. Do yourself a favor, save yourself money and don't move in. I plan on moving out as soon as my lease is up.
