I am sad to the leave this complex after living here two years, but I am moving away from Jacksonville. The property is always well kept, staff is very friendly and maintenance has been very timely. I love my apartment so much! I have hardwood floors and river views...with tons of windows! The riverside area has been a great place to call home and I would recommend it for anyone.
