this is a good place to live if you like music blaring around the clock, if you dont mind being involved in drive by shootings, and if you enjoy your car being being broken into. frankly if you value your possesions and your LIFE dont move here. In the four years i lived here my car has been broken into 11 times and there were two attemps made to break into my apartment. Fountain Square lies about are "ammenities" like in all the apartment guides and for rent magazines they say we have 4 sparkling pools no,no,no they have one pool that is open two of the pools have been closed permently and the other was filled in with dirt two years ago i think the reason for that was to build a new play ground that they tore down guess what yep still no playground this place is a HUGE dissapiontment oh yaeh by the way that lighted tennis court that doesnt exist either.Okay now let me get started on the quality of my apartment it is awful the walls are cracking the roof leaks like crazy you can hear everything that the neighbors are saying and you can smell thier ciggerettes i hope you like that smell because your whole apartment will smell like it and all your clothes will too. I think ive got my point across please do not waiste your money moving here you will be so dissapointed .If for some reason you dont beleive my complaints i urge you to contact the JSO and ask for police reports concerning this property.
