Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I thought this was going to be great since it was my first apartment and they helped me move in even though I was unemployed but a college student. Well it was pure hell. A few weeks after I moved in they let a guy move in downstairs. His music blared literally 24 hours a day and marijuana smoke drifted up to my apartment. The office staff said they talked to him 4 times (3 times and they are supposed to be evicted) I moved before he did. The maintenance seemed to break more than they fixed and the office staff could care less. First impressions are followed by a killer piranha attitude. I highly recommend that no one move here unless you like loud noise at 3am, drug trafficking, vandalism, and bad service.
