Royal Cove is not worht your $$$ Save it and move a classier place.. Its way overpriced for something that is so nasty and old. Bugs, no dishwasher for over $500 a month. Things never stay fixed, Customer service sucks. Music is so loud... Its just not worth your hard earned money.... bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
