We got stuck with this place when we moved down here. Our other apartment fell through. This was a place we found with in our budget....so we thought. I have only been here 1 1/2 months. Right outside of my apartment, a man was beat up and robbed. Not 3 weeks later my car windows were broken with several $$$$ of equiptment stolen. I wish I would have caught the bastards. Not to mention we have several things we report weekly that go wrong within our apartment. From what I've been told by a few trusted neighbors; this is a drug hole, not safe to raise children. And for that sake, even to park your damn car. I would imagine for $800/month rent, in a not so safe area, that they would have cameras on the end of each building for the lots. They would also be good for catching theives and drug dealers...mmmm what a thought. This complex obviously doesn't care about their tenents or thier reputation!!! Like the other reviews say...."run far away"
