You get what you pay for, and it's cheap here.

I have lived here for a while now and during that time there have been alot of break ins, including one at noon, in broad daylight, and the people here are mostly pretty ghetto. Everyone is black, save a few random caucasians or lations and a few -------. It's not that safe, there are fights in addition to the break ins, and the parking lots are not somewhere good to be after dark. The buildings are old and not in good shape and generally, the staff doesn't work. They will answer the phone and tell you they'll handle something, but then they don't, when something breaks it takes weeks to get fixed IF it does at all. They have one good office worker and the rest of the staff here are totally useless. It's extremely noisy and there is alot of domestic violence, so you will never get a peaceful night here. People also play loud music at all hours of the night. The upside is it's really cheap and not too far from stores and the beach. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR KIDS!!! But for single people as a temporary stay, it's okay. Lots of extremely ghetto black people, drugs, violence and crime BUT very cheap.
