Not quite luxury, but close

I've lived here for about six years. When I first moved in, it was a very quiet and extremely well maintainted property. Now, however...as my rent continues to go up...it's not so well maintainted (they paint over dirty surfaces, paint is chipping, they don't pressure wash like they used to, etc.) and the noise is becoming ridiculous: It's either the outrageously loud yard crews, the booming SUV's or the dozen or so dogs I have around me at any one time! The exercise area is not so well maintained either, unfortunately. However, with all that said...I LOVE my apartment. It's spacious and well laid out. The staff is pretty nice, but maintenance can be a bit slow. One major kudos...the staff and my neighbors are very pet friendly. I never have to worry about my cat's safety when he goes out. I would definately recommend it. Even though it's not as well maintained as it used to be, the appliances are older and the mail area makes you sick with chlorine and mildew (it's right by the pool) it's still one of the prettiest apartment complexes in town. There are lots of trees and shrubs. It definately looks lush and not stark/new like so many other complexes. It has charm and character, which is so hard to find.
