I was reading over the reviews before looking for an apartment. We recently had a horrible expierence with another co and needed to find a apartment asap. I found out that the management is BRAND NEW as well as most of the employees. They were taken over by a new company. I have not moved in yet. BUT I DEFINALTY WILL BE. I have never had any rental office be so GREAT TO ME. They bent over backwards to make sure they could help me out. I am very confident that this will continue through out!

yeah! no kidding! I moved out about that time and have dealt with them since, nothing has changed! and they still suck!!!!!! Especially the office management!

Just to warn everyone...this IS still an Equity Residential property (as of July 2006). Nothing has changed. It still IS the worst place I have ever lived. Please don't lie and say they have changed management. It's just wrong for everyone who reads the original post to be led astray.

I've been here through 3 management changes. It gets worse EVERY TIME!!! I was happy BEFORE I moved in too! I'd love to hear that this person thinks NOW!
