Corey is a jerk, the apartment manager. We had an electric bill over 150$ for 5 straight months, for three months we were given a partial credit while they tried to fix our a/c unit so it would function properly....then they gave up, and cory advised they'd no longer be giving us a credit.....sooo I started withholding a portion of my rent which resulted in an eviction notice, which i ignored, eventually they cashed my check as is. we are currently working with them on being transferred to another apartment here. if not we will take them to court.

Other than that problem, the apartment is nice, roomy, basically perfect from the inside and out. The people are safe and nice. The fitness center is nice, the pool is nice, the tennis court is nice, (but they need to replace the lighting) Other than the A/C creating a huge electricity problem, we've had no other service issues, but that is a major problem which has been going on since June. I'll write again when the issue is resolved to finish the review.... also, they cut grass at 7:30 A.M. on Monday's, makes me want to kill someone!
