This is overall a great community. The most important thing I value most in a community is safety. I want to come home to a safe place. For me, my home is my sanctuary. I feel safe here. I do have some sketchy neighbors across the hall. They seemed 'urban.' The day I moved in, what I assumed was the boyfriend, threw out his girlfriend's clothes in what seemed to be a domestic fight. Other than that, everything is calm. There is a cop who lives in the middle of complex, which is always good. Their were roaches in the kitchen. I just recently placed some roach traps, hopefully that'll get rid of them. The office staff said they would call pest control. Overall this is a great place to move into. The people here aren't thuggy, trashy, ghetto, poor, etc. i don't hear any loud bass pumping cars. No 'thugs' staring you down. It's a great place.
