Royal Oaks is a clean, well-kept community. My experience with the staff has been excellent! The manager and personnel are always friendly & professional. My impression is that they seek to satisfy the residents while constantly improving this already great property.

With regard to previous posting regarding the manager, this is not an appropriate forum for such a negative personal attack. I was horrified when I viewed these hurtful words on a public website and it contradicts my experience here. I hope that this negativite energy can be channeled more productivity in the future, for your own sake.
