my boyfriend lives here. no noise issues really. sometimes there are bugs in the apartment but its on the 2nd floor so its very rare. i feel safe walking around the apartment. its pretty well kept. i have yet to see somebody use the tennis court or swimming pool but it is there. dont really have any complaints. i wasnt too fond of his neighbors only because it was like 4 people crammed in a one bedroom apt and they were always using the hallway to make rude and obnoxious phone calls. however i think they may have moved out so, no problem thus far.

there is a guy that stands at the entrance of belle rive blvd wearing a sign telling you to look at condos. its pretty annoying but other than that i have no complaints about the apartment itself.

oh yeah maybe one complaint. we sat down to eat dinner one night in the dining room and the light fixture just came off and shattered nearly missing my boyfriends head. they fixed it the next day and we havent had a problem but just check to make sure the fixtures are sturdy.

if you are wondering what kind of people live here. its prodominently indian. at least i see a lot of indian people walking around.
