This apartment complex is one of the best on the Southside of Jacksonville. There is a lake with paddleboats, a huge pool with a deep end, spa, the weight room isn't too great, but it is ok. They have a few parties each year. A few months ago they had their annual "Crab Boil" with free snowcrab, which was pretty cool. The apartments themselves are very nice and feel "homey". Soundproofing between apartments is pretty good. The grounds are excellent and well-kept, with some large trees. Overall, this is a great place to live.
