This is a nice enough place, but there are several problems. We have a unit on Gate Parkway and it is VERY loud. We did not realize how loud the traffic would be at night b/c it wansn't that loud when we toured. I would warn against moving into one of the roadside units. Also, there are times, like right after work, that there are no parking spaces. So, some people will park along the curb. The management sent out flyers to tell residents not to park illegally, but they haven't enforced the rule.

Yes, this is true. I also lived on Gate Parkway and had to move. I told them I wanted quiet, they should not have rented this apt to me. I was adimant about it. I had to move to a different location. Parking was a problem in that area for sure.
