Sold off for condos, all residents screwed

I previously had written the 5-star review about how much I loved Sail Cove. Recently the apartment complex was sold to a private condo owner who is giving every resident the choice to get out in 6 months or buy the apartments for upwards of a quarter million dollars in many cases. I'm changing my review to POOR, 1 star. My life and the lives of all the residents here have been uprooted and we're being sent from our homes if we can't pay some rich jerk his top dollar. This is what Sail Cove has become. If you have any decency and care about all the families that are being hurt, please don't buy the condos here. Besides, the maintenance and other services have become abyssmal since the announcement. The gate only works half the time. This place stinks to high heaven.

Hey, who told you that you only have 6 months? We were told we have until the end of our lease which ends in June (we JUST moved in last month). When is your lease up?
