MOVED LAST MONTH...Now being sold!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
We moved here last month & we were VERY happy. Then, wham, the rug was pulled out from under us when they announced that the whole place was going condo. Now we're expected to buy a 2 bed/2 bath for $179,000''' SCREW THAT!!!
We were told we have until the end of our lease, but I'm getting that in writing. Now we have to find a new place (& hope this doesn't happen again), pack up everything, hire movers, call the utilities...all the ---- that we just did last month!
Sail Cove sucks & doesn't understand how to treat their residents.
