Since screwing the hell out of all residents by converting our homes to condos, the new management has proceeded to make Sail Cove a dump. Okay, first: they've completely denuded the beautiful lush vegetation that ringed the pool. They've cut down all the trees and bushes, making the area look like a construction site. The pool is full of garbage, the hot tub is no longer tended. The wonderful, friendly, well-dressed maintenance staff is all gone, replaced by 18-year-old kids in ratty street clothes. The roach problem is getting worse. Basically, the bright, friendly atmosphere that was Sail Cove apartments (and is now called by the hoity-toity name Sail Cove Town Centre) has become a pisshole. Stay away!

This review was mostly likely posted by one of the occupants who did not want to buy, nor did they want to move. They also posted as annonymous. There are no 18 year olds running things, the pool is in great shape, and the hot tub is working. The vegetation at the pool was old and the area was in need of updating. It looks great now. We now have a very good board in place, a professional management team, and great supporting committees. It is, was, and continues to be a great place to live.

what about the Roach problem...I live there and the roaches are horrible!!! They spray my unit once a week and i always have fully alive gigantic roaches!!!

I agree with the comments. This place has gone downhill since the conversion. Murders, car break ins, can't keep the gates working, just get rid of them. The lady in the office is rude. She'll tell you to call the cops before getting off the phone with one of her friends. No background checks are done, 28 units up for forclosure. They ruined the pool by taking out the vegetation, but adding the palm trees was good. The pool was green last year, it should have been shut down, they do not maintain it on weekends. Hot tub sometimes works, not always. Girl in office needs to know what it is like to have a real job.
OH AND THESE ARE WOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!1 Noise is Horrible !!!!
