Great Location and Amenities!

Sail Cove is a great place to live. It is close to work (South Point, Merrill Lynch, Blue Cross Blue Shield) and play (St. Johns Town Center, Tinseltown). The fitness room overlooks the pool and Lake Skinner. It's beautiful!

The homeowners association has helped get things back in order after the transition from apartments to condos. The buildings themselves are very well constructed and I only hear my neighbors when I'm outside on my patio!

I looked at several other places in the area and Sail Cove is by far the best value.
