The worst I eveer seen. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   Please if you stayed in San Juan Villa seek legal advice there should and ought to be compensation for staying there. The pool is never beeen clean for people to use the pool.I believe that is included in the rent also there is fights and someone getting killed such as the incidents with the 12 year old.The Management stole money from the office. Brenda has came in she prejudice there is no solution to this problem. Nothing ever got fix. Please do not move out there I move 2 months ago
