Dont move here,most people that moved in here are because they are being evicted somewhere else and this is the last resort because of the 99$ deposit!!! They dont do credit checks,only on certain people! So people can just move in here! And well thats what you get! Not a good place for families or people who want a quiet peaceful living!

I don't know who you are but why you lie is the question. There are families and singles living here and it is a very quite friendly complex and the 99 dollar moving is the special right now just like other apartment in Jax...if you don't like it here move....there are plenty of other places. they do credit checks and don't allow just anybody....
