The people that complained about their roof leak were drama seekers.
Everyone here knew that they were just trying to get a settlement and when they got evicted they were very sore. This place is a nice and quiet place to live as long and people should check it out for themselves instead of reading what people put on this site.

Do you want to see all 189 pictures we have? The 12 Letters from other residents(Reliable Residents, whome paid their rent on time every month, who caused NO drama, and people who are not drug users)? Perhaps the Videos? Maybe the video and comments from Ken Amaro from First Coast News? LMAO

By the wording of this review, I'd say it was done by Christina or Kenny, but sounds more like Christina. P.S. What I meant by wording was in regards to her monthly newsletters that she sends out to us here. She tries to make them sound professional, professionally ghetto in my opinion. If I weren't on a limited income, I'd get out of here quicker then the cockroaches that come out at night in these apartments.
