Moved in May 2009 & have had nothing but problems. 2weeks after I moved in, there was a gun shot right in front of my apartment. The cops didn't do anything because they didn't have proof. My air conditioning hasn't worked since the day I moved in. I've put in countless workorders, with no response to fix the problem or to even acknowledge the problem. Its been four months and its even worse. Keep in mind that this is the hottest time of the year and my apartment is as hot as a oven. its miserable, who wants a $350 electric bill' Bc that's exactly what I've received and am forced to pay. I've had two different strangers on two different accounts just walk into my house without notice only to find out that the office issued them keys. How are you suppose to feel safe or secure about you and your belongings when you know that people can just come into your home whenever they want, regardless of if you're home or not and regardless of the situation.
