I just moved to here from TN and an apt complex from Hell with a 29% recommend rating. Tommyscene and the maintenance have been awesome. neighbors are courteous and friendly but not intrusive or noisy and rowdy. Kids that are here are well behaved and supervised. Everything is well maintained and anything that needs repair or maintenance is done timely and correctly.
