Decent size for a decent price.

I'm personally planning on moving to the Jacksonville area around July '01, because I am becoming a fulltime student at FCCJ as well as my roommate at UNF. I viewed Silver springs apartments and I found it was a decent size for a decent price.
The prices are rather low (not including major utilities) and washer and drier, which are hard to find included in an apartment in this area, may be rented for an additional $25. Not too bad!
I viewed the two bedroom plans and the townhouse isn't very roomy on the top floor where the bedrooms are, however there is a large living space downstairs as well as one of the two bathrooms is downstairs for those who have company over a lot.
The regular, one floored plan I found was a rather nice size for two people as a whole, and is one of the top two on my list for the best offer for an apartment close to UNF and FCCJ.
