I been living here for a year. Moving out of this hell hole. They have a huge roach/ant problem. The ducks are fine but it sucks when you walk out your door and theres crap everywhere. The water smells. If your 2 days late for rent theres a $100 late charge. The apt are old falling apart,molded. Lizards move in during the cooler months. Ijust moved down here from another state a year ago a few months ago someone stabbed all of my tires.. I dont no anyone so, it was a random act.
We have the 1bdrm 2fls. It's small. Not worth the money. Someone wrote that the towel racks fall off...lol yupp that happens here too. Great location but lots of traffic.
