The location of this aparment complex is perfect-very close to tons of shopping,etc. The place is a little old but isn't beat up or anything. I live in the one-bedroom 2-floor townhouse which I think is a cool floorplan and feels spacious and is a great price for the space.

I'm a professional single female so I must say I wish more of the tenants were better quality. I used to walk to the workout room across the complex but I got too many uncomfortable stares and comments under their breath from rude, lower class male tenants loitering in the parking lot so now I drive over to the gym to avoid them. Also a creepy male tenant STARED at me for a long time while I was working out one evening and we were the only two in the gym so that made me VERY uncomfortable. Wish the management had higher standards for who they let move in here. Otherwise, management has been very helpful and nice, especially Lana.

My big complaint is that even though they keep the hedges and grass trimmed nicely they NEVER, EVER power wash the sidewalks and pavement of the parking lot. So whenever I walk around in nice, dressy work clothes I track dirt/sand/leaves/etc into my car and my house because they never clean up the sidewalks and parking lot. It wouldn't take much to clean them even monthly to make the place look a lot spiffier and keep the bottom edges of my dress pants clean!

Almost never hear my neighbors on either side at all, great insulation on sides of units! However, since the apartments are all townhouse-style, they share a common back wall where units face opposite directions. So whenever I'm at my bathroom sink I can hear all too well the people on the other side screaming expletives at eachother and coughing up god knows what at their sink. Aaaahhh!!!

Generally I have been pleased with this apartment complex and I have been here a little over 2 months. Still nervous walking around by myself in tight workout clothes so I'll never do that again. Judging by some of the cars in the parking lot you can figure the types of people who reside here. Might move into a more upscale place at the end of my lease if I can afford it.
