Affordable but you get what you pay for

It is an affordable place to live. The staff were excellent. Manitance and repairs were slow if at all. We waited seven months after a hurricane hit to have the walls repaired. They never fixed the problem they just painted over it.
When we lived there, there were problems with stolen cars being dumped in our parking place. Highway 9A runs behind the place so the noise is rather loud.
