Not great, but not that bad either

I have lived here for almost a year. The roaches are a constant problem and I suspect mildew and mold in my apartment (I was sick for three months and couldn't figure out the cause). But, it seems safe to me. My neighbors are different than I am, but I am not afraid to walk outside my door.
Office staff are not very helpful either. Recently, I went over and asked about info on another type of apartment. I got a name, number, and a time someone would be back. So, I probably move out when the lease ends.
Oh, and the dog poop everywhere makes the place look ugly. If someone were to ask me if I would recommend this place, I would probably tell them all this and let them make up there own mind.
Oh ya, when I moved in my mom helped me. She was walking on the grass and her right leg fell into this deep hole by the street. Her leg was all bruised and now she has a knee problem from the fall. I don't think they ever filled in the whole either, even though I called the police.
