Yo!

Lived here 16 mos, gotten a little worse

I wrote a pretty accurate review about this time last year when i had lived here for a few mos. Pretty much the same issues like a filthy, trashy, poopy parking lot and grounds. The whole back of the complex is lined with dumpsters that are HORRIFICALLY dirty. The mail kiosk/laundry room are pretty dirty too.

I'm a young female professional just becoming independent from her parents so I don't really want to pay a whole lot for a 1 bedroom. This townhouse-style 1 bedroom is a cool plan. The units are older although I have NEVER had the mold/mildew/bug infestation that so many speak of here in the reviews. The musty, old house smell sticks to my clothes sometimes I notice tho.

The tenants have become a little more low-income than they were a year ago tho. Always feel like I'm being stared at when I walk in the parking lot to my car, and really can't clean/detail my car w/out some random guy trying to talk to me. If they were classy it would be one thing but they're not.

The office staff has declined dramatically in quality since I moved in. A very nice helpful girl Lana no longer works in this office and the two women who work in there now are NASTY and RUDE. They must get crummy pay or something b/c they have a real attitude problem and will let anyone sign a lease here even if they are shady-looking.

Signed a second lease for a year b/c moving is just too expensive/difficult right now and a woman at the office was EXTREMELY rude to me during the process. Too bad picking up and moving isn't simpler, b/c i totally would have.

I got a second car and let the office know that for my one person i have two cars and they were cool with that. The parking lot seems quite a bit fuller now than it used to.

Pretty much just keep to myself and don't spend much time alone outside which is probably b/c i've always been jumpy of men walking around that i don't know.

For the location, especially with the new Town Center and the completion of 9A this apt complex can't be beat for the price. But i believe it's quality will deteriorate until the buildings get a full remodel and they can start charging a lot for the units.
