Promises not kept From: johndoe7 Date posted: 9/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Huge bug problem, and Orkin guy does nothing to help get rid of them. Cabinets are falling apart, made of partical board. Most apartments are supplied with inedaquate appliances (1980s) that raise your electric bill astronomically, and if they are broken don't expect to get them fixed or replaced until you threaten not to renew your lease. Leaky air conditioner units. Apartment is far from air tight. "Car care center" is a hose and a vaccum that you have to pay for (hint: go to the free gas station vaccums), which you have to do in direct sunlight. On most nights and especially on weekends good luck getting a parking space after 8pm. Drug dealers are in every building and apartment staff and local athorities pretend it isn't happening. I see deals happening every day. Pets of certain breeds are supposedly restricted but everything is here from a rotweiler to a pitbull, dogs aren't kept on leashes. Stealing is increasingly worse everywhere. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM LOCAL AUTHORTIES. Mailboxes are left unlocked, you don't know if you mail will be there (hey I thought that was a Federal Offense).
