one story townhouse, moved in with a good monthly rental rate and for the first two years it stayed good. your water bill is aroung $30.00 per month no matter how much or how little water you use. now that we are filling up the rates are jumping to high for the quality of the apartments and there is no consideration to amount of time spent there. i have no problem with them addressing problems and they have always been helpful and friendly. however parking is not the greatest and you will experience the door dent problem eventually. bugs are bad but have had sucess with them in as far as getting the apartment sprayed in at timely manner and do not consider them to be a problem when considering the apartments. one great thing about these apartments is the location.. it is great when considering schools, colleges and shoping malls.. there will be problems with the apartments but if you stay after the problems they will eventually be taken care of as fast as any other complex.. i was told these apartments were constructed in the latter 70's but still look good.
they have no problems filling there apartments and apparently a lot of people,,, military and students mostly...
i am single, retired military and was taken care of when i first moved in and i have never had a problem that was not fixed in a timely manner..i only have a problem with them montly amount for a one story townhouse and the amount of time i have leaved there other wise not a bad place to live...

I agree. I also lived in a 1 bedroom townhouse for a respectable rate and now that it is time to renew the rent has jumped up $150.00! Needless to say, I will not be staying. For those rates I can move into a much nicer apartment with better grounds and amenities.
