The appliances were my biggest issue. The refrigerator was rusty and the oven, you couldn't clean it with a rag, you needed a scraper. The tub was old and hard to clean. If you are a very clean and neat person, you might want to think twice.

This is so true. Not to add the ducks and dog poo that you have to watch out for. Also the parking lot is kept trashy. It's not the apartment owner but the people who stay there that don't throw their trash away, they throw it on the ground and there is no penalty for it.
