Would Not Reccomend!

I have lived here for almost two years. I have repeatedly called matience for repairs on the tub and sink drains, hot water heater, and most of all the AC. These problems are usually fixed within 2-3 days however, problems always seem to go wrong time after time. When you are paying almost $750 a month and it is summer, you AC should not have a problem breaking. The appliances are very old. Everytime I pull something out of the fridge, its covered in water. Everytime I bake, I have the bottom of cookies are burnt. And the dishwasher smells and leave dirt and grime on the dishes (and I rinse the dishes before I run the washer). The office staff is clueless and there are constantly new people in there. Parking can be a problem if you get home later. I get off work at 9:30pm and rarely have parking. For the price you pay, there is no storage, fans, and no sense of security. Which brings me to say that my boyfriend has his truck broken into and many item were stolen.
We are transfering to another equity apartment complex and I am bewildered that they are owned by the same management. It is a complete 180* from Silver Springs. The only good thing about this apartment is the location to the University and the College.
In the summer, the pools are over-crowded. The gym is less than what should come standard, there always feels like there is no air flow in them. The grounds are always dirty, and the dumpsters are always over-flowing. It is unsightly to drive into a community with such a disorderly form.
But, I have always agreed with the saying "You get what you pay for." And here you certainly do and a little less.
