I have lived here since last August. To sum it up they didn't have an apartment ready for me when I arrived. I have been apoligized to for accepting this apartment. I had lived with a leak for almost four months. This leak would run as it would rain, and as you know it rains hard in Florida. The cockroaches now are small, they used to be big... They failed to come and do anything after I went into the office on six different occasions, and talked to more than three people. I called finally and they came and left a light on for a week then nothing else was done. I finally went into the office saying I wanted out and that this is illegal and wrong. This happened three months ago and I am here today smelling mold when I wake up, the mattress I had on the wall stinks and I don't even sleep upstairs. If you have read this far I thank you and please say something we need to be heard. I'm not going to bore you anymore but this place is bad, for your own health, I am reporting this.
