If you end up checking out Silver Springs, read this review before signing the lease. I signed a year lease at Siver Springs, and initially the complex seems okay, especially the price. But quickly things begin to unravel. I chose this complex because I thought the complex has mostly students (since it is the closest apartment to UNF), however, much to my surprise, the complex is full of illegal immigrants and drug dealers. There are constantly sketchy characters in the neighborhood, and cars are constantly broken into. Furthermore, the apartments are moldy, and my unit actually leaked water when it rained. Lastly, the management is terrible, nothing ever gets fixed. Furthermore, they are rude and constantly trying to evict you for little things, or tack on additional unwarranted charges. Trust me, I was so disgruntled, and I felt so cheated that upon leaving this premise, I wrote this review.
