This Place Is Horrible

As soon as we got here I should have known... we moved in and there were stains that I had to get out of the carpet myself... they are small and old. A woman who lives near us had someone just walk into their apartment while her daughter was bringing in groceries.. thank God he didnt do anything to her daughter... who is only like 10. In another building there were squatters living there. I guess the maintenance men left a door unlocked and they lived there for atleast a month. Sketchy people hangin out by the dumpster area looking into cars as they drive by... and of course you have to drive slow because of the huge speed bumps we have here. The car stereos thumpin at 3 am in the parking lots... cars being broken into... drug dealers... the grounds are completely neglected.. Im sure they only mow and take car of grounds on the outer skirts... only the part that people see when they first drive up.. in the back and middle.. its horrible. Our water is shut off atleast once a month. We have to keep our AC at 70 to get it to 80 because its old and they wont replace it. I dont even use the dishwasher because it doesnt work and they wont replace that. The laundry rooms are nasty. The only really nice thing... is the pool. Course even once while we were there, later in the evening, some people had sex on top of the leasing office... so that was pretty funny!! My lease ends in a few months and I pray for the day. This place is horrible!!
