I'll preface this by saying the apartments are old, but things get fixed rather quickly when you call. Other than that the only problem I have (but it is a HUGE problem) is safety.

There have been 4 armed robberies in the last 2 weeks. People have been held at gunpoint and have had their purses/wallets, phones and even cars taken. We are informed of these incidents by lovely little flyers that are attached to our doors. If I receive one more flyer, we will be packing up and moving. I lived in one of the worst neighborhoods in Jacksonville and never had to deal with this many incidents in such a short amount of time. I also paid about $300 less a month in the other neighborhood. The office staff doesn't seem to care and aren't particularly well informed about what's going on with the situation either.

Since I have moved here last year, there has been a drug related murder, and numerous armed robberies (not including this recent string).

This place is NOT safe for anyone anymore.
