First I will start with the noice. I can hear the poeple above me a little to well, I can even hear when the take just steps around their house. I can also hear both the apartments beside me and behind me. Then there is the damn ducks! They let the ducks there and they ---- all over the side walk and they tore up my flowers! The price is very cheap, and that is because the quality is some poor. My window was broken the first night I moved in by somebody and the office staff just acted like is was no big deal that someone came and slamed in my window! I am so glad my lease in over in 2 months!
